Any defects in materials or workmanship that occur under normal use conditions are covered for the full warranty period.
Seam splitting, unraveling, or other stitching issues that occur due to manufacturing defects are fully covered.
Premature color fading or bleeding that occurs within the warranty period due to manufacturing issues is covered.
Holes, tears, or other material defects that appear under normal wear conditions are covered.
Sweaters & Cardigans: 2 years from purchase date
Scarves & Accessories: 1 year from purchase date
Custom Items: 1 year from purchase date
We will repair or replace defective items at our discretion. If repair is not possible, we'll provide a replacement or full refund.
We cover all shipping costs for warranty repairs and replacements. You only pay to ship the item to us initially.
Keep your receipt or order confirmation. You'll need it to process warranty claims.
Gradual deterioration from normal use, including pilling, stretching, or fading from proper washing.
Damage caused by improper washing, drying, or storage methods not following our care instructions.
Stains, tears, or damage caused by accidents, pets, or other external factors.
Damage resulting from alterations, repairs, or modifications made by anyone other than WoolenCraft.
Email us at warranty@woolencraft.com or call our customer service team with your order number and description of the issue.
Send photos of the defect, your order confirmation, and a brief description of when the issue first appeared.
We'll provide a prepaid shipping label. Pack the item securely and send it to our warranty department.
We'll inspect the item and provide a repair, replacement, or refund within 5-7 business days of receipt.
Check your purchase date against our warranty periods. Sweaters and cardigans are covered for 2 years, while scarves and accessories are covered for 1 year.
If you have an account with us, we can look up your order. Otherwise, contact customer service and we'll work with you to verify your purchase.
If we cannot repair the item or if you prefer a refund, we'll provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Once we receive your item, we typically process warranty claims within 5-7 business days. You'll receive updates via email throughout the process.
